Can you match a pump that is no longer made?
Usually, yes. Send the nameplate and the flange dimensions and we will propose a drop-in replacement or an adapter kit.
How fast do stocked parts ship?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. leave the same day. Next-day delivery is available across most of the country.
Do you test equipment before it ships?
Every pump is run on our test bed and ships with its performance curve. Witness tests can be booked in advance.
Can we buy on account?
Approved business customers can order on 30-day terms. New accounts are usually approved within two working days.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on new equipment and one year on repairs, covering parts and labor. Wear parts are excluded.
