Is there a limit on requests or customers?<\/summary>\n

No. Every plan handles as many requests, customers, and messages as you receive. Plans differ in people, workflows, and admin controls.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Will customers notice we switched?<\/summary>\n

Only if you tell them. Replies still go out from your own address with your signature, and your chat window keeps its colors and greeting.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Does building a workflow need a developer?<\/summary>\n

No. You choose a trigger, add conditions, and pick actions from plain menus. A test run on past requests shows what would happen before you switch it on.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Which tools can Hassium connect to?<\/summary>\n

Email, chat, calendars, payments, CRMs, and spreadsheets work out of the box. For anything else there are webhooks and a REST API.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Who counts as a person on my plan?<\/summary>\n

Anyone who signs in to answer requests. Customers never count, and neither do teammates who only get a weekly report by email.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I change plans later?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Move up or down from the billing page whenever you like. We prorate the difference to the day, so you never pay twice for the same week.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do schools and nonprofits get a discount?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Schools and registered nonprofits get 30 percent off any plan. Write to us from your organization's address and we will apply it.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do you protect our data?<\/summary>\n

Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and roles limit who can open each inbox. Business adds single sign-on, an audit log, and data kept in the EU or the US.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
