How we work<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone takes a shift in the queue<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

There is no sales team below the Business plan, and every person here, founders included, answers customers for a few hours each week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That shift is where most of the product comes from. When a reply takes too long to write, we fix the reply box. When a request gets lost, we fix the routing. When a number in Reports surprises us, we find out why before we ship anything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are a remote team across four time zones, and we keep the company small on purpose, so the people who build Hassium are never far from the people who use it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We were the small team that kept dropping requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before Hassium, Jonas and I ran support for a travel company with four people, three shared inboxes, and a spreadsheet of who owed whom a reply. Nobody was careless. We just couldn't see who had answered what, so customers heard from two of us, or from nobody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hassium is the tool we wanted back then: one queue, one owner for every request, and nothing that happens without a record of why. I still take a support shift every Friday, and a good part of what we ship starts there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
