Ask the people who answer the inbox

An operations manager, a founder, and a head of admissions on what changed after the switch.

Each clinic used to keep its own inbox. Now I see all nine in one view and know which desk needs help before lunch.

Priya Nair

Operations manager, Brightwater Dental

Drivers send photos, customers send questions, and both land on the same timeline. I stopped forwarding emails to myself.

Daniel Osei

Founder, Lark Logistics

The intake form asks for everything we used to chase by email, so the first reply is usually the only one we need to send.

Hannah Vogel

Head of admissions, Fernhill School

I used to be the backup for every unanswered email. Now the queue has owners, workflows handle the routine, and I get to run the company again.

Customer stories

Three teams, three very different queues

Each one started with requests slipping between people. Here is what they set up, and what changed.

Brightwater Dental

Same-day replies at all nine clinics

Four front desk staff share one queue with a view for each clinic, and appointment changes route to the right desk on their own.

Arden Legal

New client intake in one form, not three emails

A workflow asks a partner to approve each new matter before anyone replies, and the audit log keeps the record.

Moss Lane Bakery

Wholesale orders sorted before the ovens go on

Cafe orders arrive overnight by email and form. A workflow tags each one by delivery day, so the morning shift starts with a sorted list.

We were the small team that kept dropping requests

Before Hassium, Jonas and I ran support for a travel company with four people, three shared inboxes, and a spreadsheet of who owed whom a reply. Nobody was careless. We just couldn't see who had answered what, so customers heard from two of us, or from nobody.

Hassium is the tool we wanted back then: one queue, one owner for every request, and nothing that happens without a record of why. I still take a support shift every Friday, and a good part of what we ship starts there.

The team

The people behind Hassium

Everyone here spends one morning a week in the support queue, founders included. It keeps us honest about what is hard.

I read every cancellation note myself. It is the quickest way to learn what we got wrong.

Co-founder and CTO

The work I am proudest of is the quiet kind, like an import that never loses a reply.

If a screen needs a help article to explain it, I am not finished designing it.

Support lead

I answer customers before I open anything else each morning, and I still learn something new.
